Stage 1

Apply

Once you've applied a member of the hiring team with review your application materials. If you're a potential fit for the role, we'll reach out to schedule a phone call. 
Stage 2

Review

Once you've applied, a member of the hiring team with review your application materials. If you're a potential fit for the role, we'll reach out to schedule a phone call. 
Stage 3

Phone Interview

We schedule quick phone interviews with candidates we think might be a match to assess their interest and skill fit for the position. 
Stage 4

Video Interview

After the phone screen stage, some candidates will move to video interviews with a few members of our team. 
Stage 5

Final In-Person Interview & Assignment

Final candidates meet with a larger group of Resolution staff members for a multi-stage final interview, which includes a project aligned with the work they'd be doing in the position. 
Stage 6

Offer

Job offers are contingent on reference calls and background checks.
Stage 7

Hired

Job offers are contingent on reference calls and background checks.
